formar los tejidos corporales y mantenerlos. La dieta de los nadadores debe tener un balance adecuado de los nutrimentos contenidos en los alimentos que son esenciales para alcanzar favorables rendimientos y un estado \u00f3ptimo de salud. Una buena nutrici\u00f3n implica suficientes combustibles para producir energ\u00eda y el aporte adecuado de las vitaminas y los minerales.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El consumo adecuado de hidratos de carbono en el plan de alimentaci\u00f3n para los nadadores es necesario para mantener dep\u00f3sitos energ\u00e9ticos adecuados y as\u00ed presentar un rendimiento adecuado, aumentando progresivamente la cantidad de energ\u00eda seg\u00fan el nivel de entrenamiento.
